This shoot with Alli Walker was about as close to perfect as a shoot can get. The weather was spot on, sun was shining, flowers were in full bloom, and Alli was working the camera. This girl was so sweet and so effortlessly confident in front of the camera. I love that my job allows me to meet so many amazing people at such exciting times of their lives! Alli has some big things ahead of her, and I can’t wait to watch her soar!

“When looking back on these past four years, I can’t help but think about all of the amazing memories that came along with being a Phi Mu. I have met some of the most amazing women and I have been given some of the best opportunities because of Theta Alpha. A few specific memories that come to mind are winning Step Sing 2020, Officer Academy, and standing with Makenzie Reck (our Chapter President at the time) during the very last party of Formal Recruitment-sharing our love for Phi Mu and everyone in it. As it is coming to an end, these are the memories I will hold close to forever.” - Alli

“My advice to incoming freshman is to never stop growing!! Never stop growing as a person. Never stop growing in your friendships. Never stop growing in any aspect of life. There are so many new things to see and people to meet. As a freshman, I was so scared of change. I am a person who thrives off of consistency-so this was hard for me. Being open to growing and allowing all new things to come your way are things you can never go wrong with!” - Alli

"Without a doubt, the most influential person in my life has been Ruth Ann Bates. My college roommate, best friend, and my biggest role model. She was the most unexpected friend, but is now the one I can never see living life without. There are not enough amazing things to say about Ruth, but I will try. She is beautiful on the inside and out, radiates joy, and has such a huge heart for others. I have never met a person who feels like sunshine quite like she does. She has influenced my life in so many ways, but the number one way being that she taught me how special a single person can be. One person you meet can impact the rest of your life.. and she has. I am where I am today because of her constant love and support. I am a better person because of Ruth Ann.” - Alli

“My favorite part about shooting my senior portraits was..MACKENZIE. Without a doubt, the most fun and memorable session I have ever had. She made me feel so loved and comfortable! Not to mention, my mom was not able to come so she was also my temporary bestie and helped me with all things hair, makeup, and outfits. She made my senior portraits so special and I am so thankful I chose her to do them!” - Alli

“After graduation, I plan to begin my teaching career as an Elementary Education teacher. I cannot wait to mold and encourage young minds in my future classroom. Seeing children grow into the person they are supposed to be is truly something special and I still can’t believe that it will be my reality in a few short weeks.” - Alli

Lord,

Thank You for Alli and for the purpose she has here on Earth. Only You could create such a beautiful soul, and I feel confident that You have some big plans for her. I pray that You use Alli to grow Your Kingdom in her classroom. Bless her with Your Courage when times are hard, and speak through her when others are listening. I am so excited to see what this next chapter for Alli holds. I know that she will be the most incredible teacher.

Amen.
