Lauren Franks | Muscle Shoals High School Senior
If you know Lauren Franks, there is no doubt in my mind that you’re a fan. This girl is bubbly, funny, but most importantly- she’s real. She knows who she is, and she sticks to that regardless of the situation. She has a great head on her shoulders, the cutest laugh, and an amazing support system cheering her on along the way. I love how we incorporated her personal style throughout this session. My time spent with Lauren was just good for the soul.
“I cannot get over how great my session was!!! I keep going on and on about how easy-going and fun the whole ‘process’ was, even though nothing about it felt like a process. I loved the fact that Mackenzie showed me exactly how to pose and that she also complimented me while taking pictures. Confidence=through the roof. We took so many different shots with different backgrounds, which I love because you get a different vibe from each of those.” - Lauren
“My current favorite hobbies/past times would be listening to the CrimeJunkie podcasts, reading historical fiction books, watching Kendall Rae or Buzzfeed Unsolved on Youtube, playing Solitaire on my phone (lol), selling vintage clothing on Depop, doing anything outdoors such as enoing, kayaking, picnicking, or even riding around, practicing yoga/meditation, and playing with my cat, Binx.” - Lauren
“My favorite memories from high school would have to be the days near the end of the semester when there’s no school work, and everyone is just chilling in class- maybe playing card games or cleaning the classroom. Looking back, that’s when and where I really connected with other students that I probably would not have on a regular day. I made some great memories on the laid-back, chill days because that gave me the time to really engage with my classmates and learn more about them. To me, nothing is more special than creating friendships and relationships.” - Lauren
“My mom has always instilled strong female characteristics in me, such as being independent, working hard to achieve goals in life, and always pushing me to do my best. She is my support system, and doesn’t just tell me what I want to hear, but what I need to hear.” - Lauren
“After graduation, I plan on attending the Univeristy of North Alabama. Although a little closer to home than I had envisioned for myself, this is truly the perfect college for me. I believe that the number of students to teachers is a perfect ratio; I will get the real college feel while still getting that one-on-one attention from the professors. Throughout college, I hope to partake in any internship that is offered to me, but I currently work at Stanfield’s Restaurant where I will work during college. I plan to double major in Biology and Criminal Justice with a focus in Forensics. I plan to move out and get a dog ASAP (lol).” - Lauren

I pray that You continue to bless sweet Lauren with the true Joy and Peace that can only come from You. I can only imagine what purpose You created Lauren for here on Earth. She is full of Your Light, and I can’t wait to watch her continue to soar.
